The BGMI esports scene has received an important update: Krafton India Esports has officially extended the player transfer window deadline. This change gives teams and players more time to finalize their rosters ahead of major tournaments scheduled for 2025, including BMPS, BMSD, and BMIC.
With competitions getting tougher each year, the extra time is expected to make a big difference for organizations still working on team changes, contract updates, and new signings.
BGMI Player Transfer Window Extended?
Originally, the transfer window was supposed to close on November 15, 2025. But many teams requested more time to complete their internal processes. To support smoother roster-building and maintain transparency, Krafton has now shifted the final date to November 30, 2025.
All teams already registered for BMPS 2025, BMSD 2025, and BMIC 2025 must complete their transfer activities within this new deadline.
For newly registered teams, there is even more flexibility. They can continue player transfers until the BGIS 2026 registration window officially closes. This allows fresh teams to build their lineups without rushing and ensures fair opportunities for newcomers entering the competitive scene.
What Else Has Changed?

Krafton has emphasized professionalism and proper tracking. All transfers must be completed through the official Krafton India Esports (KIE) Dashboard, where every transaction is monitored and verified. Only registered team owners and IGLs are allowed to approve transfers, ensuring full accountability.
Teams now have additional time to scout talent, negotiate contracts, and make strategic decisions without last-minute pressure. Free agents, meanwhile, are free to join any organization, even outside the transfer window.
